The 2nd Annual Swing Dance Weekend - April 12, 2008 
Join us for a fun-filled weekend of dance lessons with instructor Jitterbug Jane who makes learning easy and stress free.  Once you know the steps, enjoy an evening of dancing to one of the best swing bands around, The Slant Six Swing Band! 

Wicked Smart Horn Band: 6 - 9 PM, May 3, 2008
Stay at the inn for 2 nights and receive complimentary tickets to a reception (light buffet dinner)featuring the sounds of this favorite local band.  On the 5th anniversary of the collapse of the much-loved Old Man in the Mountain, there will be an all day celebration topped off by the Reception.  The schedule for the day includes: 

• 12:00 – 3:30 Tram open for rides ($11); Old Man museum open
• 2:00 Salute to the Old Man at Profile Lake, with remarks by Governor John Lynch
• 3:00 Harp concert, skits, student exhibits, Silent Auction opens, Peabody Lodge
• 4:30 - Profile Awards presentation and reception, Peabody Lodge
• 6:00 – 9:00 Wicked Smart Horn Band and Reception $15, at Peabody Lodge

The Fields of Lupine Festival - June 6 - 22, 2008
