Steve Allen

Your Innkeeper Steve Allen is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute.  Steve also has a BA from the University of Denver and a MBA from the College of William and Mary.  Prior to purchasing the inn Steve was president of Network Service Centers.  Steve has also held the positions of Business Analysis, Long Range Planning and Project Management.

Steve's interests include food, wine, travel, history, art, architecture, and photography. Steve is also the proud father of Sara, a college student at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Theresa Spear

With a varied background ranging from project management and training to
event planning, Theresa Spear, the Assistant Innkeeper, brings together
the "head and heart" of service and hospitality. Her warm welcome will put
you at ease and her passion for and knowledge of hiking, nature, music and
dancing are a wonderful resource.



Val Fortin

Executive Chef Val Fortin brings over 20 years of fine dining experience to the inn.  Val has worked at the Mount Washington , Breton Arms, and Sunset Hill House to name a few.   Val has been featured on Cooks Corner TV and in New Hampshire Magazine.  The Chef is known for his artistry.
